Anxiety in early pregnancy

Hey guys, does having anxiety or little anxiety attacks harm the baby in any way? I suffered a miscarriage in December and I’m now 5 weeks pregnant. I’m having bad anxiety about it happening again. I really can’t help it, every time I feel an attack coming, I just take a few deep breaths or walk around for a sec and it goes. I get it at least 5 times daily since I’ve found out and I just hope I’m not making things worse for myself.

@Kal194 stress obviously isn't good for the baby or YOU but you seem to be controlling it very well! Try to stay calm and not worry xx

You're doing so well. Better than me and my stress levels that were off the scale last week and I totally lost the plot. I do feel sad and hope baby is OK. I do the same as you. Walk around the room. Go for a walk around work. Pack some boxes (we're moving) rather than doing brain work. I find doing physical stuff really helps.

Yeah I’ve been cleaning and packing as were moving too. Thank you, I am doing my best for it not to effect the baby but it feels impossible sometimes when I don’t even think about it and I still get that horrible feeling in my stomach and chest. Just wanted to know if it actually did effect the baby or just me
