Pre pregnancy weight was 8 stone 8 pounds, I'm 5ft 4inches so this is a healthy weight for me and just weighed myself today 9 weeks and I'm 9 stone 8 pounds... I'm in shock, I've not even been eating much because I've had such bad nausea.
I do feel really bloated but didn't think bloat would account for a stone Blush I never had this type of weight gain by this point in my previous 2 pregnancies, in fact I think I had actually lost weight at this point with the other two as I'd been so sick.
Has anyone else gained this much so early on?

Yep me! Very similar, I'm 5"4 and weight at booking in was 8st 13lbs, by the end of the first trimester I had gained a stone!! I did freak out a little but now that I'm 17 weeks and a little bump has developed, it feels more like a 'baby' and not just a load of weight now!

I'm 5ft 3 and qas 8st 1 when I fell pregnant with this one (number 3) I'm currently 36weeks and just reached 10.5st 😱😱! I was so worried I had gained too much but the midwife said that generally if you are tiny before you seem to add more weight 🤷‍♀️! No idea how true that is but she said that when you're so small before your body likes to add extra fat for breastfeeding...as well as all the baby weight, placenta, extra blood pumping around etc. I wouldn't worry about it too much, as long as baby is happy and healthy 😍!
