Possible ectopic?

So, I’m 5W +2 and have started with a mild dull ache lower right side, very low. Doesn’t feel like a cramp or sharp and stops if I sit still. It has to happen on a Sunday! Out of hours doctor has been amazing. Have to ring EPU tomorrow to arrange a scan to rule out ectopic. Anyone had anything similar? I’ve had 2 miscarriages which both started with spotting, so I’m not hopeful.

I thought dull cramps and aches were normal, particularly if they come and go? I never ached on both sides at once...

Hi my ectopic was a full nagging pain low on the right side, however I did have spotting daily too, a scan is the best thing to put your mind at ease, hopefully it is just ligament pain instead xx
