*TMI warning* Is this my mucus plug?

Sorry ladies if this is TMI but I really need some advice as a first time mum.

I've just been to the toilet and I'm incredibly constipated. I've gotten up off the toilet and noticed a small amount of what looks like green mucus in the toilet bowl.

It looks a lot like snot. This is the second time in less than a week that I've noticed it now and i have no idea if this is the start of something?

I'm 33 weeks tomorrow. Other than that I don't have any other symptoms except feeling like I'm about to burst at any moment! Feel like my bump has tripled in size over the last few days.

Would appreciate any responses! TIA

In my 5x experience a mucus plug looks more like a handful of snot. Kind of clear with a bit.of green, yellow and red. Really special lol.

@UAEMum I see! There was only a bit in the toilet bowl but it just looked like nose/throat mucus - didn't have any pink or red in it or anything.

Should I be worried though? I've no idea as I'm new to all of this Sad

My plug was a big lump of almost transparent, quite thick mucuos streaked with blood. See the doctor, it may be your bowels.

Sometimes you get a little bit of green discharge towards the end of pregnancy. I wouldn't worry about it. The quantity will be much more when it does come.away.

Thank you @UAEMum Smile
