I'm desperate for any advice and this is my first ever post on here ....

So me and my partner have just recently started trying for a baby and to our excitement I was 2 days late and had been having a few symptoms so I did a cheap test late Monday night and we saw a faint blue line, we waited until the next morning and did a clear blue digital which showed 'pregnant 1-2 weeks'

My last period started 17th Feb so we worked this out that I'm 5 weeks pregnant this Sunday !!

Yesterday I decided to buy more digital tests just to see if I could maybe see a 2-3 week in the window, the test showed ' not pregnant' I wasn't too worried as it's still pretty early to detect ...but last night and this morning I have done another 2 and both still show 'not pregnant'
I have had absolutely no bleeding and still having the pregnancy symptoms!!
Have I lost the baby !!??
Was it ever there ??

I haven't shared this with my partner as I don't want to worry him but I'm so worried and I really don't know what t do !!

Please help !!? Any advice what I should do !!?

It sounds like it could have been a chemical pregnancy, sorry OP. You definitely were pregnant as false positives are really rare, but it sounds like you have had a very early miscarriage. Sad sadly they are really common, but that doesn't make it any easier to deal with. Perhaps leave it a few days and test again to be sure, but it doesn't look good. Sad

Thank you this is what I think too but I've had absolutely no bleeding, is thus still possible ??x

Go and buy a straight forward cheap test and try with that. I think there has been some problems with the clear blue ones (only think this from reading on here).

It could be that your body is taking a while to realise it's a miscarriage unfortunately.

The digital tests are known to be unreliable, and their dating is from conception not from LMP as a pregnancy would actually be dated.

Try a pink dye test (adsa, tesco own brand)

My partner is convinced it's implantation but I'm not so optometrist...I've rang nhs for advice and they are ringing me back with an appointment so I guess I'll know for sure x
