Worried about ectopic - advice please

Hello!

So I'm unsure if I'm still pregnant or not, as I had a scan a week ago today and they told me I was 5 weeks, the scan was due to brown spotting. Then the day after the scan I had a very light bleed about the size of a 50p coin however EPU said not to worry.
Anyway on Tuesday night this week I filled about a 3rd of a pad with blood/brown, then ever since that pad it's just been tiny bits of brown again. There was some tiny stringy bits but I wouldn't say clots.

Now I still have backache and my nipples hurt and abdominal pain (I've had abdominal pain and back ache since the start) and in my opinion I'd say I'm not pregnant.

However my question is.... if I was still pregnant and it was ectopic would this of been seen at 5 weeks? Or can you still have the sac in the right place but have a tubal?
I have a scan on Monday which I'm expecting to confirm m/c!

If you'd have had an ectopic, baby would have been seen in the tube at your scan, & you would most definitely know about it now as you would likely be in agony/very unwell. If all was well with your initial scan, I would do your very best not to worry (easier said than done I know). Spotting is relatively common in early pregnancy so please try to stay calm.
