I posted a while ago about when I told ds's paternal aunt about pregnancy and she immediatly went on about miscarraige. Anyway, our sons go to the same school. She waited with me today for ds and asked if I planned to breastfeed this one (I bf ds for a year). Despite it being an odd question I said "of course". To which she went 'Ewwwww dont know how you could'. FFS why ask a fecking question like that and secondly if I fed ds wtf wouldnt i want to feed this next one. Arrgggggggggh. So so so glad that not with ds's dad and therefore not in same family anymore.

She is such a silly int, doesnt think and says the most [shocking] things. Last time I actually put my hands over my ears when she wouldnt change the subject, even tho I asked to.

I let it appear to wash over me and smiled serenely at the last one. Just didnt like the insinuationthat I was eww for breastfeeding.

try not to rise to her, she obviously intended to upset you.

imagine how small you must feel inside to think that breastfeeding is gross and to need to make that point to a pregnant woman in such an adolescent way.

she probably failed at the whole breastfeeding thing so feels better about herself if she slates you because u can actually do it

I am not sure she could as her 1st was prem. Still no need to make comments like she did.

oh and the first thing she said was 'budge up fattie' (am not fat)
