How long should you sit on pregnancy ball?

This might seem really silly but I was just wondering and couldn't find any info online anywhere..I'm 34 weeks and my back is started to ache constantly, but especially when I'm sat for longer than 30 mins. Not great as I am desk based in an office and don't finish work until the beginning of April. My posture is terrible too!

When I'm working from home I sit on my pregnancy ball all day, then often at night time too for half an hour or so. Not always bouncing but moving around and sitting up straight. I feel like it helps my back but is there a maximum time I should spend on it? Just worried as I know people use them to bounce on nearer to the due date to encourage baby to get a move on!!

They are fine to use all the time if you want. People use it because it a good way to sit to get your baby in the best position for birth. Hopefully it will get your baby get into a good position.
