Nausea and hunger

Hi, this is my first pregnancy and I am 6 weeks tomorrow. I have been feeling nauseous for about 2 weeks now. I am constantly hungry yet struggling to find something I want to eat.
Sticking to very plain carbs and a tiny bit of protein when I can. Apples are alright, and some veg (baby sweetcorn and broccoli).
I'm hypoglycaemic and so night time is a real struggle. I have snacks by my bed, but unless I stay up all night to ensure I am eating to prevent this, then I wake up after an hour almost feeling like I'm going to pass out. Recently, I am feeling hungry as soon as I have eaten, but can't stomach anything. It then makes me very shaky and faint.
What do I do?! I just want to cry all the time
(Also emetaphobic and have high anxiety - all which don't help this process!)

I have emetophobia and an anxiety disorder as well, and the first trimester was so difficult for me! Have you spoken to your doctor? Even though you're not throwing up, maybe you'd benefit from an anti-sickness medication, to help you eat more substantial amounts? Protein will help you feel full for longer, so if you had any medication that just allowed you to eat, you might start feeling much better?

I have spoken and been to the doctors several times. I am on anti-sickness tablets which help to a certain extent. But as soon as I am hungry, it's the nausea all over again. Like I said, it could be as little as 10 minutes after I've eaten. I try to eat small amounts regularly but it just gets so hard at times.
When did yours begin to ease off? I know everyone is different, but hoping it didn't last too long for you!

For me the nausea, and the shaky hungry feeling, was worst around 10 weeks I think, then really started to tail off. Can’t remember exactly when I’d say it was gone, but i was 14 and a half weeks at Christmas and I ate pretty much normally so must have been gone by then - although to be honest I was still feeling more hungry than normal, and the hunger would come on much more quickly than pre-pregnancy.
I’m now 27 weeks and do still have the cyclizine but don’t take it much (and really only have it to deal with the panic/anxiety caused by the emetophobia)

They were going to give me cyclizine, but went with prochlorperazine instead.
I must admit, I'm not enjoying the experience at the moment. I'm hoping this will change soon!
I'm glad it didn't last too long with you!
