Dears,

Yesterday, I have confirmed my pregnancy at home. Today called my Gp for making an appointment but she gave me a midwife number to contact.. am so confused because we are new to England..

  • should I register in nhs ? Or should I talk to midwife first ?

Need your advice plz . Thanks

Are you already registered with a GP practice? If yes then you are registered with the NHS. If not pop along to one you want to register with and get registered. Then ring the midwife, they organise your booking in appointment.

In the meantime look at the NHS pages about pregnancy, what to eat and what not to. Start taking folic acid or pregnancy vitamins if your not already.
