Losing mucus plug slowly?

Hiya all :) I'm 37 weeks tomorrow, and for the last week I've been having little bits of green snotty discharge - not huge but enough for me to notice! This morning I had a bit more than usual, and one looked weird as it was quite long!

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if it seems like it's the mucus plug?

It’s been a while but from memory my mucous plug was more like clear/pinky tinged jelly, rather than green snot. I did lose bits of it over time for a few weeks though!

Mine was yellow/green snot rather than bloody so it can definitely look that way. It literally just looked like a pile of phlegm 🤮. It sadly isn’t an indicator you’ll go into labour any time soon though. It can mean that for some people but for many people it doesn’t mean much.

Mine was yellowy and snotty and it started to disintegrate a couple of weeks before birth.

Mine's definitely yellowy and snotty too so I think I'm slowly losing mine too, it is getting 'worse' in a sense so I hope that means baby isn't too far away :)

Yeah sort of looks like you've sneezed from somewhere else 😂😂 I got that from 37weeks but was induced at 39+5.

I'm 37 weeks on Saturday and haven't even had a hint of my plug!
