Hi all I'm 21 weeks tomorrow and for the past couple of nights I have experienced dizziness (like the room spinning) when laying on my back in bed or turning over just wondering if anyone has experienced this?

I know they advise not to sleep lying flat on your back from 20 weeks ish as the weight of your uterus and baby can reduce blood flow to your brain/heart (I think that's why from memory!)
So try to sleep/lie on your side (I think left side is better) but also contact your midwife if it carries on despite doing that .

Yes, as above.

The weight of the uterus will reduce blood flow through the vena cava in pregnancy so don't lie on your back. But don't worry as long as only happens then, it's a normal pregnancy thing.
