I'm pregnant for the first time, 6+1 at about half 12 last night I was woken by an awful burning pain in my lower abdomen. I felt as though I was either going to have diarrhoea or vomit and in the end I spent ten minutes with this very strong burning pain gagging and almost vomiting then it stopped. Is this normal? Is this morning sickness? I've been worried all night.

Doesn’t sound normal to me. I would get an emergency dr appointment to rule out a uti.

I'd definitely contact someone. It's not something that I've had before and morning sickness doesn't come with burning pain as far as I'm aware.
