Cramping!!!

Hey everyone, I had a strange period about a week ago that lasted shorter and was spotty, and now I'm having horrible cramping pains in my abdomen, I have no symptoms of pregnancy and I've taken tests which are both negative, I know something g is wrong but I wanted to know is it pregnancy related?
Has anyone else had issues like this?
I've booked in for a doctors appointment but the earliest is 2 weeks from now so I'm just sitting here worrying myself.

When was your period due and how long is it usually?

Did the weird one you had tally with when you were usually expecting it to be or was it out of the blue?

Do you know when you ovulate usually and whether you had unprotected sex within 5-6 days of the fertile window of your cycle?
