Hello..
My last period was on 28th january and have since did numerous tests which tested positive for pregnancy. I first found out on 6th March and had some mild symptoms (mildly sore breast, gassy, some bloating snd some tummy twinges) however these symptoms only lasted a few days and since they passed around 10th March I feel nothing at all. Very worried right now. Has any one else experienced this and had a successful outcome? I have a resassurance scan on 25th March and i should be 8 weeks late for period by then. The scan is to check for viability and im expecting the worst.

I was the similar to you and went back to feeling normal.
I'm now 8+2 and wishing I was feeling like that again as I have all day nausea which starts from the moment I wake until the time I fall asleep which only started in the last week.

I hope your scan on the 25th shows a healthy pregnancy. Good luck.

Pollyrose1x · 19/03/2019 11:47

Do you remember how long your symptoms went before they came back?

I didn't really have any symptoms other than being really tired (which isn't that unusual for me as I have an iron deficiency!).
At week 11 I had 1 week of sickness and now at 12+2 I feel completely normal other than feeling like my stomach is getting very fat!
I had my 1st scan yesterday and everything was healthy and a very active baby!

Firsttimeuser12 · 19/03/2019 12:51

Really wouldn't worry, my sister had no symptoms throughout her whole pregnancy and mines used to come and go all the time until they totally went at about 13 weeks.

Pollyrose1x · 19/03/2019 17:01

Thankyou for the comforting words!!! Really cheered me up. You see so many things on the internet about lack of symptoms being a really big warning sign but some women saying its normal so ive been driving myself crazy!! Really appreciate speaking to women with similiar experiences to me

Hiya

My last period was the 20th January I have a slightly longer cycle than most making me about 6-8 weeks. I have a few symptoms but nothing horrific like I imagined. The worst is heartburn! And I seem to have gone off anything hot! So cold food and drink only. My boobs ache but not like I thought they would. And I do have moments where it feels like I have a sickly hangover.

Pollyrose1x · 19/03/2019 18:09

Im the same as you. My cycle is normally 35 days so i have no idea how far i actually am but i just know my last cycle was 28th jan. My worrie is unlike u i have no symptoms. Today just feels like any other day. I did experience some breast soreness when i first found out and bloating but its all passed :(

Pollyrose1x ... I'm on pregnancy number 5 and I never have any pregnancy symptoms other 4 I used to be extremely tired in beginning but this time I didn't even have that and I'm currently 18wks and waiting for movement to start for 're assurance had check up last wk with mini scan and all well so little or no symptoms isn't always a negative sign... I just get fatter as wks go by ( but u could put that down to food half the time ) 😂

OnGoldenPond · 20/03/2019 00:02

I had no symptoms throughout my first and second pregnancies, not even slight nausea.

They are now 19 and 17 Smile

Pollyrose1x · 20/03/2019 09:36

This is so re assuring thankyou so much!!!!!! Everyday i wake up and feel normal i just think what the hell is going on inside my body right now. Reading this defo puts my mind at risk whilst i wait for the days to pass before my scan

My symptoms were practically non existent before 10 weeks - now 14+6 and still being sick.
There is simply no way to tell, but lack of symptoms can be absolutely normal for a lot of people.

I had a scan at 10+2 for NIPT, then the NHS one at 12+4 - all fine.

Pollyrose1x · 20/03/2019 11:15

The thing is i did experience some minor symptoms for a few days when i found out such as bloating, boobs were a little tender and some gassyness but its the dissapearence that concerns me.

Apparently to never of had them at all is a better sign then you had some and they went ? Therez no way of knowing i suppose til my scan. Its gonna be such a long wait!

I had no symptoms at all at first. Heartburn in the later weeks.

I felt sick once and was sick in the shower but that lasted all of about two minutes.

Lucky you!

sugarbum · 20/03/2019 11:25

You don't always get symptoms. I did with my first. (sore achy breasts)
I had nothing with DS2.
Hence I had no idea till I was 11wks and realised that I had not had a period for quite a while...( I still didn't have any 'symptoms' with him though, not till I was about 5 months gone, other than the obvious belly)

Megan2018 · 20/03/2019 12:47

@Pollyrose1x
Yes I had that weeks 4 and 5. Then nada.

Sickness and smell aversion started about 9 weeks.

The symptoms ow come and go all the time. If you have no bleeding or pain then odds are all is fine. Although you will read about it on here a lot MMC is actually very rare.

Have you used this to help reassure you? datayze.com/miscarriage-reassurer.php

winedayfriday · 20/03/2019 13:34

Zero symptoms for me too. I had a reassurance scan also at 8 weeks as I was worried but all was healthy and fine! I never did get any sickness etc but around 8/9 weeks the tiredness kicked in, and I was having to nap every single day after work zzzzz, never felt tiredness like it before!
Don't worry and congratsSmile

Pollyrose1x · 20/03/2019 14:47

Thankyou so much ladies!! All of your comments have been a dream to read and really put my mind at ease. My LMP will b 8 weeks by 25th march but when i actually conceived i have no idea. If all is well do u think they may still be able to see heart beat?

shell2103 · 21/03/2019 09:32

I'm 4+2, since I got my positive test at the weekend my boobs were raging with pain, but since last night it's disappeared. I previously miscarried at 9 weeks and am terrified :-(

FineFanks · 21/03/2019 12:01

Op I was the same and was convinced there was nothing there! We had a private scan at 8 weeks and there was, everything looked great and we saw the little heartbeat flickering away and everything.

Good luck!

Pollyrose1x · 26/03/2019 17:49

I’m so happy for you :)
Stumbled across this thread as I’m literally the same amount of weeks as you & have had very minimal symptoms too, sore boobs.... a bit of heartburn and that’s it!!
So I’m very glad to hear that your jelly bean is healthy! Good luck :)

Leleophants · 26/03/2019 20:03

Me too! 8 weeks and all :) you only hear the horror stories. People get pregnant every day and don't even know!

Refilona · 26/03/2019 20:05

I didn’t have many (if any) symptoms either!
