Low heart rate and slow growth 20 weeks

Last week I went for an amniocentesis test. Now waiting for the results. Was advised to go for these after finding out the baby was growinh slow and had a rate of 80.
When I went for this test it had also dropped again slightly, not sure if it was stress etc.
I am going through this alone and really worried about what to do and will happen.

You must be feeling really worried. Hand hold from me. When do you get the results?
