Mild cramping 12 weeks pregnant

Hi all,
Sorry if this seems a bit overdramatic but I'm 12 weeks pregnant (havent had my dating scan yet). Had a reassurance scan between 7 and 8 weeks due to a previous mc. Saw a heartbeat, was measuring perfect for dates etc. I've been fine since. No cause for concern (except for a few episodes of lost symptoms which make me immediately panic but they generally return within a few days). Today Ive had mild cramping most of the day. I only really notice it if I'm sat doing nothing so not strong enough to notice if I'm distracted, IYKWIM. No bleeding or anything, still feeling nauseous and other normal minor symptoms.
Is this quite normal? I know I can google but I tend to feel more reassured by people's similar experiences.
I'm just worrying and hoping for some reassurance really.

I had a dating scan and am now around 13 weeks and have had minor cramping every now and then. from what I've read it's normal as everything stretches. the scan at 12 weeks was perfectly fine so hoping everytging is fine. I had them before 12 weeks too

Thank you Enjoy... I'm so tired of worrying all the time. I just feel so anxious that its all going to go wrong again. Hopefully the cramping is just stretching and all will be fine at the dating scan.
