Sorry if this is a stupid question but I've never had heartburn before! I'm 24+4 and today I've been experiencing some weird pain on my right-hand side, just below my boob (maybe a rib or two down). It isn't that bad, just mild discomfort, almost like a gentle stitch. Feel it particularly when I move around. Any ideas what it might be?
