Why every time I get pregnant when I get heavier I get leg cramp during the night so painful keeps me awake after

I suffered with really bad cramp in my last pregnancy. Someone recommended magnesium spray and I was sceptical but getting desperate so bought some. It's amazing ! After a couple of nights use the difference was huge. Would recommend to anyone.

magnesium supplements & flight socks helped me.
plus drinking loads during the day.
