Am I miscarrying

I recently found out I’m pregnant 7.5 weeks and had some bleeding
I went to the a and e and they examined me and booked me in for a scan
At the scan the sac and yolk were present but they could not locate the fetal pole
I have to go back next week
I’m still bleeding on and off and have stomach cramps on and off
Am I miscarrying?

They will only really be able to tell you at your next scan. They'll be able to see if you're further ahead etc. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome :)
