Please help is my period coming or do u think I could b pregnant?

Period due tomorrow on a 31day cycle it says I ovulated 1st March day 17 on 7th March 6dpo I spotted brown light brown discharge for 3 days on and off only when I wiped.
Took cheapie test on 7dpo negetive and again 8dpo negetive I took a test another test 12dpo and I thought I seen the most faintest line I then took another one 3hrs later which within the time frame I could see the line but still was faint I took one two hours later it was negetive , the next morning the test I seen the line on test became that faint I could hardly see it , 12dpo my boobs become tender, 13dpo I was so tired I slept 12 hours 14dpo I've slept 17hours and I'm very wet down there which started two day ago its creamy white. Is this my period or am I gonna finally get my BFP. Too scared to take test due to disappointment

I can’t see anything on those pictures. One thing to remember, hCG builds up in your urine overnight while it’s collecting in your bladder so is at it’s most concentrated with your first urine of the day. If you keep testing through the day, you are not allowing any hCG present in your urine to build up.

If you’re going to use cheap tests they also never seem to get very strong lines on them so, if you are producing small amounts of hCG then positive lines will be fainter.

Try testing just with first morning urine and use a test such as First Response Early Results (FRER) for the most accurate results.

I can see a line but not sure if it has any colour!! This was my first test and I was 7DPO! Now 8 weeks x

How are you tracking your ovulation? The only way to know for sure (still not 100%) thought is BBT and charting. My cycles go from 31-35 days so until I started charting I never knew if AF was arriving by being 14 dpo accurately.

I will say on both pregnancies (first ended in MMC last year, second is my current pregnancy 16+5) I felt as though my period was coming. I had all the symptoms but it just never came. I didn't test until 21 dpo as was abroad and wanted to wait until I got home.

Try and keep yourself occupied today and see what happens. Don't test again until morning and try with FMU.

I will say as well BBT charting gave me a sense of control back and took away alot of the stress. I knew if my temp dropped on 14dpo then AF was coming and to expect it, much better than looking at a BFN. X

Tracking through an app that I've been using since November always been spot on with my periods apart from a couple days out. So today periods due I'm hoping it don't come.

An app can't track ovulation, though, only BBT charting combined with other signs can do that, and not with pinpoint accuracy.

I can't see anything on your tests, sorry. But it's still early days, especially since you can't know exactly how many DPO you are. Afraid it's just a "wait and see" situation. Best thing you can do for sanity while TTC is not symptom spot!

Hi I need some advice please yesterday a couple of times when I wiped my self I had very light pinkish on the tissue so this morning (first wee of the day ) I done a clear blue easy to read preg test and I got a faint line I am not due on for 5 days what does every one think ? I can see a faint line!!! . Leave it a few days and test again. I had faint pink discharge 11dpo but only once when I wiped. Made me sit up and take notice.

If you think you can see a faint line get a FRER

Well every opk I'm using is postive so I am unable to use them and yes everything logged on my app for months

IMO apps are useless, they only give you a fertile window and even that is not accurate. BBT is the only way to know.

I am not trying to make you feel bad OP, I just want to try and relieve the anxiety of the 2ww and wondering for you.

Fertility Friend is a charting app which is really good, I picked up my thermometer on eBay for about £4 and did it every morning at 6.

That is the only way for certain you ovulated and how many DPO you are

If you aren't due on for 5 days that makes you 9dpo? Maybe wait until 14 dpo and try another test. All the best for you!

Are you sure every OPK is positive? Can you show us a pic? That suggests either (a) you're not reading them right (easy to do!) or (b) a hormonal problem (less likely but good to know about to get fixed).

Logging periods in an app really only tells you how long your overall cycle is. An app can't determine your fertile window or when you ovulated.

This is what is says and in very regularly and go by my period app that I have used for 2 years and it is on time but I have a doctors appointment at 3 today so I will let you no what they say to me.

Is your period "due" or not? If it isn't then lines will be faint anyway. The doctors will only do a dip pregnancy tests which will very likely come out negative and they will say if you don't get your period to take another test.

Take a test the day your period is due. It's very unlikely that you will get a strong line that doesn't confuse you before your period.

I hate to seem pessimistic but you really do just need to wait it out.

Thread is a bit confusing with two posters. Not sure who is replying to who so for clarity I'm replying to the OP.

Hopefully you won't need this info and you get your BFP this month :) but in case not, I would suggest better tracking. As PP have said apps on their own aren't good. They usually assume a 14 day LP. You could have an 11 day LP for example, which means that you could be testing too soon and you could be having sex at the wrong time.

You shouldn't get always positive opks. Sorry if I'm being presumptuous, but it sounds like you are assuming a second line on the opk means positive (like it would a pregnancy test). Remember it has to be at least the same strength as the test line.

Tracking BBT is really the best way. It not only pinpoints the day of ovulation (opks only detect the LH surge which could happen 12-48 hours before ovulation) but it also helps confirm ovulation is indeed happening at all.

Nessa, that OPK is negative. The test line (nearest the end you dip) should be same colour or darker than the control.
