Pressure pain in cervix driving me mad

I have horrible stabbing pain in my vagina. I know it's normal at the end of pregnancy but it's most of the day and night now. I can't stand it. I'm 37 weeks pregnant. When it's happening so much does it mean baby is coming very soon? I can't take this for two more weeks (having planned Caesarean two weeks today as baby measuring v big including head off the scale!).?

I’m 39+2 and I’ve been having similar to this for over two weeks as well. It’s like a sharp stabbing pain in my groin area, it feels like baby is head butting my bladder when it happens and that I could wee myself! Not sure if it’s the same thing?

I'm 38 plus 1 and quite immobile now. Still got these stabbing pains.!Feel sorry for my toddler as I can't do much now.
