Itchiness early pregnancy

Hi everyone,

I'm 4+6 and have an extremely itchy back (all over). Saw a nurse who didn't even look and said it's probably nothing but wondered if anyone had experienced similar? If so, what was it?

Hi - I'm 4+5 and have an itchy back too! Not sure what it is, but pleased I'm not alone. I had thought it would be down to the increased blood flow.

@Amanda81thank you for replying! I thought I was going mad on my own. Maybe hormones?

I did! Remember buying a long handled back scratcher as the itch was insatiable!

I did mention it to GP and think I had a blood test done but everything was fine so it must have been hormones.

@ginyogarepeat thank you for that reassurance! Driving me mad!

Going to keep an eye on it (how could I stop??) But good to hear all was well when you had it :)
