Healthy snacks

Any ideas for healthy snacks while pregnant? I can't keep down any fruit and it seems that dairy is making me nauseous (When I cut out dairy at 24 weeks the nausea went away). So what healthy snacks are you eating to get you through the day? Breakfast is at 6 am, lunch at 12.30 and dinner at 6pm so really need something in between these meals.

Currently 38 weeks and snacks consist of biscuits, Nutella and chocolate... I'm no help Grin

My go to snacks are cereal bars, fruit, and Yoghurts! No help to you! I can only make suggestions instead...

Ryvitas with an easy topping like maybe cucumber, or can you stomach philadelphia? Or maybe some nut butter?
Or make some veg fritters like carrot and courgette to take to work... they can be nice and filling.
Low sugar cereal bars.
Salted or flavoured nuts (my fave is salt and pepper cashew nuts, or just plain cashew nuts, or pistachios)
Can just keep popping one or two in your mouth as and when.
Veg sticks and houmous.
Boiled eggs (I am not keen however lots of people at work trying to be healthy have these and protein is meant to be good for keeping sickness at bay)
Babybels (yes, dairy but still can be healthy as they are small yet filling and protein... The lighter version?)
Vegetable crisps
Ermmmm

That's all I can think right now. Hope that's helpful? Will be watching for other suggestions as I'm literally a sugar monster at the mo! Need to take some of my own suggestions! Lol

I highly recommend blooming delicious by Sophie Wright for lots of good recipes. Protein worked for me especially eggs, nuts too, yoghurt (perhaps soya if dairy is impossible?) with berries. I found a recipe for oatcakes with apricots somewhere which worked well.

Hi - I'm only 10 weeks and haven't had trouble with nausea but sooo hungry!I'm trying to keep the snacks healthy. Luckily I'm ok with fruit but I've been going for babybells when my energy suddenly gets low. If you need it to taste less like dairy wrap a slice of ham round it (fridge raiding, me? Light biscuits with peanut butter (I like those poppy and sesame seed thins!). You might want to go for salted popcorn as it's fewer calories than crisps. Oh and Quorn cocktail sausages have fewer calories than meat ones and are a good protein snack option!

Pre-cooked prawns. I can just eat them straight out of a packet! Sometimes I bother with a sweet chilli dip. Same with a packet of cooked chicken breast chunks.
Seafood sticks
Cuppa porridge (make with nut milk or oat milk if you can’t handle dairy atm)
Houmous and mini pitta bread/veg sticks/bread sticks
Guacamole and bread sticks
Coconut
Roasted chickpeas recipes.sainsburys.co.uk/recipes/snacks/spicy-roasted-chickpeas
Falafel

I have everything in my bag! Rice cakes, popcorn, pretzels, ritz crackers, breakfast bars. All good and work all day.

Mini quorn cocktail sausages and falafel too

Thanks, I'm just worried about snacking on the wrong things and putting on loads of extra weight Hmm.
