1 week late approx and 2 negative tests

So me and my husband have been trying for a baby for 3 months, I downloaded the Flo app and have been tracking everything on there. Now according to my app I was due to start my period on the 4th March but I've not had any of my usual PMT symptoms.
The week of the 4th March I was I'll with what felt like a stomach bug except I wasn't sick and just felt extremely nauseous, I just had the runs and stomach pain.
So if I was to go off my app I'm about 10 days late, yet I've done 2 tests and they've both come back negative.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Hey hun I had the same problem with neg tests I only managed to get a positive test 16 days late and even that was a vary faint one so dont give up hope :)
