Am I pregnant or over the top 😂

I got the implant put in November 2017 and had multiple times when I though I was pregnant but wasn’t. However this time it’s very different I came off my period last Friday and then the following Friday I had spotting till Tuesday. Now it’s wednesday the spotting has stopped but I now have really bad pains in my lower abdomen, Nausea, bloated, tenderness in breasts and dizziness. I’ve also had really bad fatigue and mood swings for about a week now. Any know anything? Is this normal on implant?

Take a pregnancy test?

It is very uncommon supposedly to fall pregnant on the implant, I fell pregnant after only having it 2 years, so was still meant to be protected for another year, sadly it ended in miscarriage but it is definitely possible to fall pregnant. Take a test and you'll know for definite.

I’m unable to take tests as every test I’ve done since getting the implant has been positive even tho I wasn’t pregnant.
