I can't advise but I'm the same.
I'm carrying our third, 23 weeks with a 4 and 2 year old.
My ribs and back are constantly in agony. I'm struggling to walk and by the end of work I can barley move.
Both previous pregnancies were unpleasant but this is hell.
I'm allergic to paracetamol and can't take ibuprofen so I'm desperate for some advice.

Hope you start to feel better soon! X
