In 5 +6 weeks, I've been have really bad morning sickness, to the point I can't eat it even have a sip of water. But today I feel like it's a game changer I slept all night up until 4pm. I woke up feel slight nauseous but it passed when I had food.
I've also been having slight twinges now and again.
Am I just worrying too much or is it normal for morning sickness to come and go. Around this time, before I lost it.
I think I'm just stressing, but want some reassurance.

I didn't get any sickness until 6 weeks for reference.

I was always told if you're not in pain or bleeding (Sorry!) then usually these things are normal x

It can come and go, I had awful morning sickness too then about 12 weeks in I felt better one day loved it in the morning was worried like you by the afternoon ... it was back by the evening don’t worry ... I know it’s hard not too ... if it’s that bad you often can’t keeo food down see your gp they can help ... I was able too keep enough down and find that one food group I could stomach at randomn occasions gerkhins for a week .... bacon rolls for another 😂😂 it’s not fun but I the midwifes said it was all good. It’s not just morning it was all day for me

Good luck and I am sure you will be fine... presuming it does come back try having a biscuit or can of fizzy apple juice by your bed nibble/ drink 10-15 mins before your feet hit the floor ... it really helps ... sometimes
