Distraction needed - nub eyes please!

I'm having an awful week - death in the family and work telling me off about missed deadlines thanks to the bereavement and my horrible morning sickness.

I need a distraction - does anyone want to make a guess at what this little chicken nugget is? I'm terrible at nub guesses and the pic isn't that clear!

I'm sorry you're having a hard time OP. I don't get nub theory at all but going by skull, I'd say boy. Looks like hair on head too!
