Any had an unfavourable sweep and then actually went into labour??

I had an attempted sweep where the midwife could even reach my cervix on the Friday and waters went on the Sunday so I don’t think it’s bad news!

I had a 'favourable' sweep to the point she started spitting out statistics to me and how I was going to be the 1 in 7 that would go into labour, and nothing happened ! I think its just luck but fingers crossed 😀

At 11am I had an attempted sweep where she said it was 'slammed shut'...

That evening I was in labour naturally and baby born next day - so it can happen!
