Tooth removed- paracetamol?

I had a molar extracted today (14.2).
I'm trying to put off taking paracetamol until i feel i really really need it.
Am I allowed to take two tablets as one dose or is one tablet a dose?
I know they say take the lowest working dose for the shortest amount of time...

Yes standard paracetamol, 2 x tablets will be absolutely fine.

Solpadiene really works for me. It's soluble so you take it dissolved. Works really fast for me.

It's a strong painkiller though but you can buy over the counter

Paracetamol x2 is FINE!! You had a bloody tooth removed give yourself a break!

You have to go the pharmacy in a supermarket or a boots. You can't get it from at a garage

You can take the dose of paracetamol instructed on the back of the box.

They are perfectly safe to use during pregnancy.

I had a few dental issues, root canal's, teeth removed & had paracetamol regularly during treatment whilst pregnant.

Hope your not in too much pain.

Trying holding hot, but not too hot salt water in your mouth, dont swish or you will disturb the blood clot and cause a dry socket. But hold the solution where the tooth was removed. It will heal quicker. Otherwise also try corsodyl mouthwash, only use it for a week or so as it causes stain if you use it continuously.

I was told not to use saltwater for the first 24 hours.

Please take the painkillers, I felt really miserable even after taking everything I could so don't make it worse!
