@MrsPMT23 I spoke to the midwife about this today she said sharp pains in your ovaries are usually implantation and not to worry unless really painful as they'll scan you to check it's where it should be x

@Littleseed they come out and down the spots at home for as long as you want, they give you their number, they come to the scans, you get one midwife and if you have a home birth they will attend, the scans are done locally in their Centre it's free it's called one to one midwives might depend where you live?

Wow ‘one to one midwives’ sounds fabulous. I’ve just had a look. A great personal touch!

Unfortunately, it’s not used where I live. They currently only serve:
Liverpool, Warrington, West Cheshire South Cheshire, Vale Royal, Wirral and Northeast Essex

Having quite strong lower abdominal cramps today ( this woke me up)
It’s comforting to hear I’m not the only one. Is any one else getting these around 6+4? I know it can be implantation now.
Keep telling myself it’s just due to the uterus changing/hormones. However can’t help but worry.

Anyone else find that st night they’re incredibly hot and uncomfortable?! Even once my little one is settled I can’t sleep because every position feels just uncomfortably or hot! So annoying

Not feeling hot as such...but am feeling crampy and uncomfortable in the evenings.

Maybe a fan purchase is in order? Ive got a great big u shaped pillow (a bit like the one in the link below) which helps to get comfy.

Hello! Please may I join? I got my first ever BFP yesterday after 7 months of ttc and lots of worry. Still very faint on frer and clear blue digital says not pregnant still- but definitely a line there and it's stronger this morning!

@Littleseed I only got my BFP yesterday and already noticing a lack of sleep- woke up at 2am and stayed awake for 2 hours after that! Maybe for me it's just excitement though as it's so early?

Does anyone know if decaf coffee is completely safe to drink or not? I switched to decaf while ttc but don't want to take any unnecessary risks!

@bumblingalonghappily I started experiencing insomnia probably 8/9dpo, way before my pregnancy test or before I even suspected pregnancy. I read online that others experienced the same, so it may not just be excitement. I hope for you it is though so you don't need to join the insomniac club on here
