Brown discharge should I panic?

Today I’m 5+2
My last ended up in an ectopic
Today I notice a small amount of tea shade brown discharge on my panty liner.
A small amount on my next wee when I wiped.
No real pains or anything like that.
EPU booked me a scan for next Tuesday but said to call if I get pain or bleeding.
If this brown stuff normal?
Am I being a hypercondriact ?
I have never been successfully pregnant before so I only have you guys for my info.
Can anyone relate?

Honestly it’s hard to say that other way with this but brown tends to be a sign of old blood which could be nothing to be scared about. Really hope it goes well for at the scan.

I had multiple bleeds (all red ) between 5-14 weeks with my last Pregnacy and DS2 is now 8.5 months sat playing in front of me.

Hi there,
I had brown discharge early on with both my successful pregnancies ( and actually that carried right through both) but not with my ectopic pregnancy that ended around 7 weeks. So I don’t think you need to over worry but I would also say that there’s no reason not to pop by early pregnancy unit earlier than your planned scan and have them check you over if it will play on your mind. The early weeks and months can be incredibly stressful and I always found the EPU staff wonderful. All the best xxxx

Ladies
This is exactly what I needed to hear. Just that there is a chance that this could be ok is enough for home.
With my ectopic it was all red blood so my fingers are crossed. I will take your advice and call Epu just in cass
