6 episodes of reduced movement in 4 weeks

I'm 33+2 weeks pregnant with my second child.
Has anyone else had multiple episodes of reduced movement?
With my first I had 3 episodes of reduced movement in 2 weeks and was booked for a scan to investigate. An hour or so before the scan my waters broke at 35+6 and I had my daughter the next day. It was never confirmed but they think her reduced movement and early arrival was due to an infection as I became septic soon after the birth.
This time round I can't shake the feeling something is wrong especially now with all the reduced movement. I had a growth scan two weeks ago and all looked okay but sonographer raised concerns that baby didn't move at all during scan despite her best efforts. It can take up to an hour for CTG to register as happy and last week despite an okay HR even midwifes couldn't get baby to move for just over two hours.
Everyone has agreed that baby's movements are abnormal but they just can't figure out why.
I'm due another scan on Thursday so that may hold some answers but probably not.
I had a bit of a breakdown speaking to the midwife and doctor about how stressful I'm finding this and admitted I don't think I can handle another 7-9 weeks of this anxiety.
The doctor said that after the scan and infection swab results come back they will liase with my consultant to put a plan in place.
Does anyone have any idea what that could mean? I'm assuming it doesn't mean regular CTGs as we have already tried that and I found it more stressful due to everything being OK on the booked days and then in between I was coming in anyway with reduced movements so we have now scrapped that as long as I agreed to come in as soon as I notice reduced movement rather than staying at home and waiting first.
I just want to enjoy my final few weeks being a family of 3 but instead I'm feeling down, anxious and stressed 😔
