Bleeding

Hi I have no where else to get advice but I am on my 4th pregnancy. I am currently 7+5 and have been spotting through a lot of it.
Last night (after sex) I bled and I've not slept worrying about it.
I'm not feeling any pain but the bleed was red not pink or brown, it was like fresh blood. An amount to alarm us but not flowing and it's stopped now. Should I worry??

Hey
I had a bleed at 7 weeks too and panicked and baby is fine now at 12 weeks. But any bleed I would go see the EPU and they can scan you

Good luck xx

I've called them and they've advised that it may just be normal as it's stopped now and that I can call back if the bleeding starts again and soaking a pad every hour. I'm so scared but time will tell I guess x

That's good! Not sure where you are but where I am the EPU are amazing. I had an mmc before this pregnancy and spent a lot of time there and they were so good, nothing is too much trouble so any worries keep pestering them!

Being pregnant is scary isn't it? I had no idea until we started TTC!

Good luck xxxx

You are right, tbh I thought I'd had all my worries and pregnancies having 3 children already but this one came as a lovely little surprise that I'm actually really attached to now. Never dreamed We would have 4! I'm so lucky I've had 3 pregnancies all no problems and all gone to full term, born healthy. I'm just so worried I've had my luck and I'm so anxious 😥

Yeah I can understand that! I think in reality though any bleeding is going to make you feel that way even if you're told it's normal!
