Very worried

I'm just wondering has anyone experienced this. I decided to lie down there for half an hour and when I lay down i felt like my chin was shaking. Has anyone any idea what this is??

Maybe a bit of anxiety or stress? I get a pulsing eyelid sometimes! Call your mw if you’re worried.
