Probiotics?

I've only taken the rare probiotics, but I feel they would be very beneficial during this pregnancy, but i am so out of my depth.
Has anyone taken probiotics during pregnancy? If so, which ones did you take?

I’ve been taking some pregnancy probiotics by Pro-Ven. I got them on Amazon Grin
