Premature labour

Hi ladies what are the signs/ symptoms of premature labour? I'm only 32 weeks and my backs been sore today and got a few cramps in my tummy. Yesterday I lost a big jelly like clump but i read up , if it isn't bloody it cant be your mucus plug! Is this correct? Scared I'm going into premature labour and hospital phone lines are busy x

I’m 28 wks I have terrible back ache an groin pain , premature Labour is worrying me too , are you going to get checked out? I thought be wise to get urine checked for uti x
