I feel your pain. 35 weeks and so sore if i do too much. Go to physio /osteopath, they are helping me.
The only thing that's helped me truly...is rest. I have a 10month old aswell and picking him up etc kills me.
People on here have advised - rest, physio, osteopath, Ice, keeping knees together when getting in/out of the car, bed etc and sleeping with a pillow in between your knees, going up the stairs step by step slowly bringing your legs together on each step. I'm sure there's more!

My OH has been home since friday and has taken on a lot of the responsibilities and i am much more comfortable, but he's back at work tomorrow and i know I'll be sore again!

It's rubbish, I'm sorry xxx
