Sore nipples

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and my nipples are really sore I can't even wear a bra because it hurts when they run! Anyone know anything that could soothe them. Never had this in my other two pregnancies 😔

I found breast pads inside my bra helpful

I've bought bigger bras this week cos it hurts so much in my usual ones

Mine are srill sore at 19wks I was expecting them to have eased off by now as I didn't experience with my last 3.

Thank you everyone I'll get some bigger bras and breast pads, they have never been this sore 😩 hard picking my toddler up, luckily today we have had no plans so I've sat in a dressing gown all day with no bra on 😂

Same here. I have been putting coconut oil twice a day and it has helped a bit. Also cotton bra.
