Does it REALLY matter if I DON'T take them with my 'MAIN' meal?? Most nights at dinner time I'm exhausted trying to sort out DD as well and always bloody forget!! Iv forgotten again tonight and now wondering what I can eat so I can take them 😒

I didn't even realise you're meant to take them with your main meal, I always have mine with breakfast!

HJWT · 09/03/2019 19:30

@TillyTheTiger surely its ok as long as you take them with food? 🤷🏻‍♀️ so annoying! I think I might start taking them with my breakfast ! I actually have half a brain in the morning 😁

I take mine first thing with breakfast when I take my anxiety meds. MW is fine with it. I've done it that way with all of my pregnancies. So long as you're taking them I don't see what difference it makes.

Msluce · 09/03/2019 23:23

I take mine before bed not with a meal.

They can make you feel nauseous if it’s not after a big meal so as long as your breakfast is substantial you will be ok. I take mine after my evening meal or just before bed.

Kidssendingmenuts · 10/03/2019 07:45

I just took them when I could stomach it without barfing! Just take them when you remember x

HJWT · 10/03/2019 07:49

Thanks everyone I'm going to start taking them with breakfast 😀

Yes it’s only to stop them making you feel awful - evening meal for me!

Snowflake9 · 10/03/2019 08:21

I take mine before I get in to bed. I don't take pregnacare though, I use Asda own brand ones. 60 days worth for £3.00. has all the right vitamins in there ! :)
