Taking evening primrose oil in pregnancy

Hi I’m 34 weeks pregnant and just bought the 500mg of evening primrose oil, does anyone have any idea how many I should take a day orally and vaginally up until I give birth? TIA

Hey @op, I'm 35 weeks and will be watching for answers - I know you are supposed to start slow orally and I think not start doing it vaginally until 36 weeks. I can't seem to find any more info about it online though.
