Tension headache?

What does a tension headache feel like?
I'm only 13.7 but I've had a headache since Tuesday, that goes all around my head and down my neck. I've tried cold compresses, hot water at your feet and cold on your neck, I've taken a paracetamol, lavender oils, baths, full fat coke- nothing. It goes away for about an hour a day, but it's there as soon as i wake up until i go to sleep.
It's making me miserable.

You need a massage! It sounds like you're holding tension in your shoulder/neck which is causing your headache. Using the oil get your other half to give you a light shoulder and neck rub.

I don't have a partner :(
I drink nearly three litres of water.
It's so bad right now that I'm on the edge of being sick.

If it's tension no amount of water will help. Have you a heat wrap or hot water bottle? Try putting that on the back of your neck.

I don't know if it is a tension headache?
It feels as though i have a very tight band around my whole head. I've never had a headache that lasts this long.

It sounds like tension to me. I used to get really bad headaches which were because I held tension in my shoulders and neck. The muscles get tight and would pull in my neck causing the headache. I had regular massages which really helped. If you rub your neck and base of your skull, does it hurt like a bruise?

Yeah it does feel like that. And i can feel that I've been clenching my jaw too.
I'm going to the shop to hopefully find a heat wrap.
Thank you for your advice x

Yes definitely tension. The heat wrap will help - I have it resting over my shoulders/neck. Just get the one that goes in the microwave. If you have time then book yourself somewhere for an Indian head massage - it will feel amazing!
