Period pains at 32 weeks pregnant

I'm 32 weeks on Monday - have had constant period pains since Wednesday. This is my second baby but I was induced at 41 weeks last time and had an epidural straight away so still not really sure what real contractions feel like!
The pain doesn't come and go, it's pretty constant, I've tried the usual resting, drinking loads of water, bath etc. But it's not going away. I've just returned from a week at Center Parcs so have done a lot more exercise than usual so thinking this might be causing it?
No sign of plug or waters breaking etc., but have had nausea.

I will absolutely be going to triage to get checked out as I am very aware that people on the internet cannot diagnose me Wink this post is just to ask if anyone has experienced similar and it's turned out to be nothing major?

Hiya, sorry no one replied to you :(
Did you go and get checked? Is everything ok? X

Ah thank you for your reply!
Yep, went to the MAU last night. They could see contractions on the monitor but I'm not dilating so they sent me on my way. So none the wiser really 🙄

Had period pains for a month on and off with dd 1.
Had period pains all day for a week and a half with dd2
Pre labour before they get to be regular and progressively more intense
