Do all pregnancies have to same symptoms?

I posted this in Conception but perhaps il have more response here.

Two cycles ago I had a chemical. From a few days after conception I really suspected I was pregnant. Before missed AF I had headaches, daily bouts of nausea, over a week of abdominal aches, and spots - all unusual for me. I got a BFP at 15dpo but bled about 5 days later.

I’m now wondering if I should expect the same symptoms if I conceive again or if it can be different each time? More out of curiosity than anything else.

Can anyone who has been pregnant a couple of times advise?

I had a blighted ovum miscarriage at 8 weeks in August, and am now 25 weeks pregnant. For me the symptoms were pretty much the same in those early weeks

Hell no. Every pregnancy for me was different.

Pg 1: just no symptoms at all, DD is now 3.

Pg 2: just no symptoms at all, m/c 11 weeks

Pg 3: unbelievable tiredness from the get go, bloating, no other symptoms but the tiredness was unreal, DS is 17mo

Pg 4: the hardest. Nausea and tiredness still there and I’m due in June.

There’s a saying on here that a previous miscarriage (or in your case a chemical) robs any consequent pregnancy of its joy, and that beats out to some extent.

When you conceive again, try and accept every day in the early days that “today you are pregnant” and just carry on from there. Symptom spotting and second guessing for problems will drive you potty.
