22 Weeks - Weird Pains

I’m sure this is completely normal and i’ve called my midwife to discuss my symptons.

But yesterday I started having these pains under my boobs, at the top of my ribs. Feels like a really aching pain.
Then this morning I woke up with what feels like period pain and stabbing lower back pain.
Took some paracetemol and it dulled it a bit but now my whole bloody stomach hurts. My ribs, my lower stomach and my back Sad
I’m sure it just ‘growing pains’ but I feel like i’m still early on for that and it bloody hurts! I can’t even stand up for long!!

Has anyone else experienced this?
I feel like all I do during this pregnancy is moan but it’s sooo uncomfortable!!

I could have written this myself!
I'm 20+2 and iv felt something 'stuck' in my ribs since yesterday and my back is absolutely killing me. I cannot get comfy in any position. Someone crashed into my car last week so I thought it may be that effecting if too but it does feel baby related.

Oh no! I did speak to my midwife who said that these are normal aches and pains at this stage. But if baby’s movements have reduced then get it checked out!
It’s usually by the end of the day that i’m really uncomfortable, perfect excuse to get husband to run me a bath and allow me to put my feet up!

Hope you feel better soon!

Yeah same end of day is the worst! A nice bath is great, funny really Iv always hated baths but since being pregnant Iv loved them!

Have something very similar. Awfully strong pain on the left side under my ribs, usually towards the end of the day. Some evenings it's so bad it's made me cry, and paracetamol doesn't really touch it. DH and I went to the hospital with it on Monday, after a couple of (non-pregnancy) scans and a blood test they didn't find anything as said it was "just pregnancy". Got some stronger painkillers too but saving those for emergencies. Seems there isn't enough known about pregnancy to give a more precise diagnosis. Some evenings I can't get comfy and still looking for a way to get on with it really. Hang in there!
