Cassian.

For a boy.

Go on, I take it. I know you lot are no-holds-barred types.

saadia · 08/07/2007 18:51

I like it.

NKF · 08/07/2007 18:52

I quite like the look and sound of it but, generally, I don't like names that aren't instantly recogniseable as names. So in answer to your question yes and no. Helpful eh?

policywonk · 08/07/2007 18:54

A hen night in Covent Garden - shudder. That's what you'd call a double whammy. I will let you know how it goes tomorrow.

Gingerbear · 08/07/2007 18:58

I like it.
Caspar always reminds me of Kes - the film about the boy and his Kestrel - it always makes me cry.

sob

doughnuts · 08/07/2007 19:05

lovely but sad film and book - Kes is a good name !

ruddynorah · 08/07/2007 19:09

i like it. i like it even more because it holds meaning for you, that for me makes a name very special.

BonyM · 08/07/2007 19:12

I like it. Different, but not weird.

Bodkin · 08/07/2007 19:32

I like it, and I am not usually a fan of unusual names for boys, but agree that it sounds cool and surfy - especially when shortened to Cass. I like the fact that it has meaning for you too
