Stretching and ligament pain at 10 weeks

I am having pain down the sides of my pelvis, is this everything stretching?

Yeah there's a hormone called Relaxin and it's relaxes all the muscles and ligaments during pregnancy. That's what causes all the wee aches and pains :) a hot water bottle should help x
