Do differing strengths in lines of pregnancy tests mean anything?

Hi
I'm in the early stages of pregnancy. I've got two dc but have also had several miscarriages. I'm testing daily as I'm scared something will go wrong. Today I've done a test and the line looked much fainter than yesterday, so did another one which also looks more faint than yesterday. The brand and tests are identical. Does this mean I'm less pregnant/about to lose another baby?

It could just be the concentration of your wee.
I read a few times that sometimes the evening wee is more concentrated, or has higher trace of hcg.
When is your period due?
I know how you feel, I’m 9week now after a mc in November, I was testing frantically to- sometimes twice a day!

I think testing every day is going to give you more concerns than reassurance - if you want to keep testing can you leave a day or two between tests to allow the HCG to build up? Otherwise I think you will drive yourself mad.
I'm sorry about your miscarriages, it must make early pregnancy extra tough.

I'm sorry for your loss and congratulations on your pregnancy. I do need to stop testing every day before I drive myself slowly mad. I'm just over a week late and have had symptoms for about a week and a half. It's so hard not to test though!

Last month I had a positive pregnancy test quite a faint line, taken after AF was 3 days late so it should have been an established line. I tested again the following day and the line was fainter still. I had a chemical / v early M a couple of days later.

I'm sure that's not always the case and the most probable reason for the faint test is that your urine is more diluted. Try not to worry.
