Anxiety just before labour ?

I've barely slept in the past two days about 6 hours in total.

I feel very fluey and run down back ache blocked nose tight chest , contractions starting and stopping.

Had a sweep yesterday and since have had sky high anxiety chest pain more vomiting hot cold sweats feel out of my own body don't want to eat or drink.

I'm unbelievably tired but every time i put my head down my heart races i lost my plug earlier having a few niggles but nothing consistent and have since went and got everything organised and cleaned my house.

This anxiety has been coming and going all night and all day.

Do you think this is something to do with the sweep and has anyone else suffered anxiety attacks just before labour x

Have you tried using essential oils maybe to help the anxiety? Hope you feel better soon

Oh and breathing techniques

I've not tried that no thank you.

Don't know where it's coming from but making me really scared about going into labour like this.

I just feel very strange feel spacious in my stomach aswell very weird feeling.

Haha yeah I'm much better i got induced last week too and had my beautiful little girl on thursday ... how did your labour go and what did you have are you settiling in well xxx
